This beginner course is for those who have difficulty standing, tough time coping with balance issues, and want to get fit from a seated position. From time to time we will be standing but for the most part we will be seated.
Offered several times a week our flagship course Longevity is a low intensity interval training class incorporating cardio, weight lifting and core exercises. Weights are required. In less than 30 minutes you will have completed a total body workout and worked up a sweat. Join me when this class is live!
